You've requested that I reply to your ask, so I shall. From what I can tell, polyamorous people are simply people who are capable of amorously loving two or more people equally. They may or may not fall in love with more than one person at once, but if they do, the circumstances may allow them to be in a relationship with all of those people. All relationships are different, and it makes sense that some might function perfectly well with more than two people.
Yes, I personally think that sexuality and love are different for every individual, and there are no hard and fast rules. But that’s what makes it fascinating.
Polyamory: where I live, it is very fashionable, feels like something you 'have' to do if you're in your 20's, and is full of assumptions. There are very few of these relationships that turn out successfully, because the people involved are stupid, and lying to each other & themselves. The few that are in it for the long haul (as in, a 3rd marriage partner) tend to do better & are more responsible in their actions & thinking. But 90% of people claiming to be poly are full of shit.
That reminds me of high school, when it was fashionable for girls to be ‘bisexual’. It’s interesting how certain aspects of sexuality go in and out of fashion - I didn’t realise that polyamory was a thing in some places, but it makes sense that it would be, especially amongst college-aged people.
1 in 5 teenagers have thought about suicide, about 1 in 6 teenagers have made plans for suicide, and more than 1 in 12 teenagers have attempted suicide in the last year. As many as 8 out of 10 teenagers who have commited suicide tried to ask for help in some way before committing suicide. Reblog this if you're always here to listen.
All right, I have like hardly any followers, but the ones I do have are bloody awesome. So, guys, give this dude a follow. He posts a variety, much of which I reblog - hot chicks, morbid stuff, funny things, etc. Plus, he’s good to his followers; if you talk to him, he’ll talk back, and he is an interesting fellow, to boot./pimping
So, it’s my birthday and I decided that instead of expecting things from my family and friends ( I usually just ask for socks and underwear ), I would instead give something in return. I am hoping that what I have to offer is perhaps some form of inspiration in the way of a story I’d like to tell….
As a Muslim, I’m sick of people asking me how I feel about 9/11. What do you want me to say, seriously? Do you want me to say, “It was a great plan, mwahahaha!” before I fly off on a magic carpet?
I was born and raised in this country and was just as shocked as everyone else to learn there were people on this earth so vile as to commit such a horrific attack - or to even think about doing it. But I didn’t do it. Neither did 99.999999999 percent of the roughly 1.5 billion people in the world who also call themselves Muslims. So why should I or any other Muslim apologize for what happened?
Nickleback is planning on releasing another album. Should I ask white people to apologize for that?
